Your Ticket is the cinema ticket booking app. The cinemas are located in Ukraine in Kyiv. They provide a high quality service with friendly atmosphere and discount system for small and big groups of people like friends, families and coworkers.

The problem
Big group of people wants to spent time in the cinema but don`t have the opportunity to check free places all the time.

Design an app “Your Ticket” for booking cinema tickets wich allows for big group of people to book the seats together
User research: summary
To understand the users, their needs and feelings towards some processes I conducted interviews, created empathy maps. The main group of people who were expected to use the app were working adults and teenagers who work and like to spend time in the cinema.
User research showed that a lot of people don`t often go to the cinema with big companies because of problems with booking and choosing movie to watch. The other problems was problems with payment and returning tickets in situation when someone can`t attend the session.

Paper wireframes
While creating the wireframes for Homescreen I keeped the idea of movie list that users will see everytime they open the app so it would keep their attention and they can find what they looking for.
First digital wireframes
One of the goals for the project was to create a possibility for big company of people to easy book seats and buy tickets, so I divided the booking process into two options for small group of people and for big group over 7 people, so they could book in advance the whole row. The time for such booking also depends on amount of people and free seats aviable.
While booking places for the big company it`s often hard to organize the payment process, so the app could solve this problem too buy getting an option for divided payment. The users will get the links for payment by e-mails through the app, everyone could see the list of people of their group who paid and after all get the payment done they will recieve the ticket.
Mockups
This is the screen for choosing contacts of people in the group who will go to the cinema and pay for tickets (divided payment system). Before usability study I suggested that user will search for an e-mail or phone number to add the person to the group, but a lot of users where confused. So I decided to simplify this process by two inputs with name and contact information of user. To make it quickly there would be the function of autofill.
Mockups
After the second usability study I found that the map for finding cinema isn`t functional. Users don`t always want to open another app to find the location. To make the map more functional I added option to manually insert the location.
