I'm a Master's candidate in Politics and Economics of the Public Sector at the São Paulo School of Economics (FGV EAESP) and I have a bachelor's in Economics from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). My research interests are in Political Economy, Bureaucracy, and Gender. I'm also a member of the administrative board of the "Iniciativa RioMais", a laboratory to promote evidence-based public policies in the city of Rio de Janeiro. Currently working in a third-sector institution as an analyst in projects involving implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of people management policies. I spend more time than I'd like thinking about how to close the gap between research and policy.
