Bioinformatics facility - ARL, Noguchi Memorial Institute for Medical Research - University of Ghana
Instructors:
Dr. Andries van Tonder (Department of Veterinary Medicine, University of Cambridge)
Dr. Prince Asare (Bacteriology Department, NMIMR-UG)
Facilitators:
Dr. Bright Adu (Immunology Department, NMIMR-UG)
Dr. Isaac Darko Otchere (Bacteriology Department, NMIMR-UG)

This is a five-day intensive introduction to bacterial genomics bioinformatics workshop organized for the first time in its series resulting from a collaboration between the Noguchi Memorial Institute for Medical Research – University of Ghana, and the Department of Veterinary Medicine – University of Cambridge with support from the Africa Research Excellence Fund (AREF) and the Cambridge – Africa ALBORADA Research fund.
The goal of this workshop is to build capacity in bacterial genomics for the next generation of applied bioinformaticians
