# Anaconda Timer — Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 19, 2026
## Introduction
Anaconda Timer ("we", "our", "the app") is an interval boxing and sports training timer application. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains how we handle information when you use our app.
## Data Collection and Storage
Anaconda Timer does NOT collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers. All application data (timer settings, rounds, intervals, color themes, sound volumes, and presets) is stored strictly locally on your device only.
## Microphone Access (Custom Audio Signals)
The app may request access to your device's microphone solely for the custom sound recording feature, which allows athletes to record personalized round and interval signals. This permission is:
- **Optional**: the app functions completely without microphone access.
- **Contextual**: permission is requested only when you actively choose to record a sound.
- **Locally Stored**: all audio recordings remain on your device and are never uploaded, analyzed, or shared with third parties.
- **Revocable**: you can disable microphone access at any time in your iOS / Android device settings.
## Photo Library Access (Custom Background)
The app may request read-only access to your photo library solely if you choose to select a custom background image for the timer. We do not upload, scan, or share your photos.
## Camera and Geolocation
Anaconda Timer does NOT use camera access and does NOT request or track your location.
## Third-Party Services and Tracking
Anaconda Timer does not integrate any third-party advertising SDKs, external analytics, data brokers, or user tracking tools. We do not track your activity across other apps or websites.
## Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, trade, or transfer any user data to third parties.
## Children's Privacy
The app does not collect personal data from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
## Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
