Innovating teaching and learning practices to meet the needs of all learners is my passion. I have over 15 years of experience in the field of education performing a variety of roles from classroom teacher to district administrator. I am currently a professional development designer and coordinator with Charleston County School District in the office of Innovation and Digital Learning. I support teachers as they implement blended learning strategies including station rotation, flex playlists, and flipped classroom to personalize the learning for students and foster student agency. Additionally, I am an adjunct professor at the College of Charleston, teaching educators at the graduate level.
