I am a Senior Data Scientist at the Indeed Hiring Lab. I received my PhD in Economics at the University of Southern California in May 2023 and previously worked as an economist as the RAND Corporation.

My research explores public, labor, and health economics, with a particular interest in the working conditions and incentives of employees in the public sector.
