"அடுத்து கீழவெளி வீதி 'அம்சவள்ளி பிரியாணி.' கொஞ்சம் குழைவா இருக்கும். அங்க விற்கிற 'கோழிச் சில்லறை' குழம்பு அயிட்டத்துக்கு 20 பேர் எப்பவும் வரிசையில நிப்பாய்ங்க. பிரியாணி மதியம் 2.30-க்கெல்லாம் காலியாகிடும். அங்க ஒரு புரூட் மிக்சர் விப்பாய்ங்க... பிரியாணிய ஒரு ஏத்து ஏத்திட்டு ஒரு மிக்சர போட்டோம்னா... ஃபினிஷிங்குக்கு வந்துரும்.
