Goal of the Special Session:
The special session will be devoted to highlighting recent developments in number theory in function fields from various points of view. The proposed event will bring together established and early-career mathematicians working in function field number theory. We hope that the friendly and interactive environment will encourage participants to discuss their work from different perspectives and to find new connections, which will hopefully promote future collaborations.
