Guide and Demo App with Video Explanation: A digital download containing code, project files, and video tutorials. Price: ₹299 (plus applicable GST). Access to course materials is provided for 30 days.
Publishing Consultation: A one-time, 24-hour support and 1-on-1 guidance service for app publishing. Price: ₹199 (plus applicable GST).
Prices are subject to change without notice. All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Digital Products: Upon successful payment, you will receive an email containing a link to download your digital products via Google Drive. You are responsible for ensuring the email address provided is accurate.
Consultation Services: Upon purchasing the consultation, you must contact the provided WhatsApp number (+91 9527564227) to schedule your session. All consultation communication will strictly occur via WhatsApp chat and call.
Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of the "Guide and Demo App" are final and non-refundable. Once the access link has been sent to your email, we cannot issue a refund.
Consultations: If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation, you must notify us via WhatsApp at least 12 hours in advance. Refunds for consultations are at our sole discretion and generally not provided once the 24-hour support window has commenced.
Failed Payments: If a payment fails or is interrupted, the transaction will be cancelled, and no charges will be applied. You will receive an automated email regarding the failure.
All content, including but not limited to the guide, source code, demo app, video explanations, and website text, is the intellectual property of Amar Talwar.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your personal education and to build your own apps.
You may not redistribute, resell, upload, or share the original course materials, videos, or source code as standalone products.
By using our Services, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information during the checkout process. You agree not to use our website or products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
The materials provided are for educational purposes. We do not guarantee specific financial results, app store approvals, or download metrics as a result of using our guide or consultation. Amar Talwar shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the provided code or advice.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
