This privacy policy is prepared by Amore IT Consult Co., Ltd. ("the Company") to notify users of the PSMS Do Grade application ("the Application") of the Company that the Company prioritizes the protection of user’s personal data. Additionally, it outlines the rights of user related to personal data in accordance with relevant laws, including the Personal Data Protection Act.
1. Source of Personal Data
1.1. Direct Collection from User
o When user register for the application service by providing various information through forms, whether in document format or electronic format, via any channel.
o When user update their account information (Profile).
o When user communicate or inquire with the Company or its team.
1.2. Automatic Collection of Personal Data
o From service usage (Login) and related service usage data, such as device information used for accessing the service (Device ID, Device Name, Version), or connection data (IP Address, MAC Address).
o From Location Tracking Technology when use the Company's application.

o This involves collecting data from external sources in accordance with the law or with the consent of the data owner to disclose the information to us. For example, agent companies may provide user personal data to us for verification, correction, or other services related to our business operations.

3. Purposes of Personal Data Collection
o To facilitate convenience in using and providing services through the application, such as logging in, identifying user names, contacting, assigning tasks to others, or calculating travel expenses.
o To respond to inquiries and provide assistance to user related to service provision, such as updating user information and processing requests for rights or complaints.
o To develop and improve the quality and suitability of services according to user needs.
o For data analysis and market research to develop products and services.
o To comply with legal obligations, such as computer laws, software copyright laws, or intellectual property laws.
o Additionally, the Company is obligated to comply with orders from authorities or officers with legal authority, and may need to provide information to relevant authorities.
If user refuse to provide information to the Company, it may result in the application being unable to provide services to them.
4. Duration of Personal Data Retention
The Company will retain user personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes specified in this privacy policy, unless the law requires or permits data retention for a longer period. This may include a period of approximately 8 – 15 years or longer if necessary, such as according to the statutory limitation period for related matters, for litigation purposes, or for audit purposes by regulatory authorities.
