I am interested in Bayesian modeling of complex data structures. More specifically I have been working on:
Bayesian modeling for longitudinal data: modeling, estimating, and forecasting the evolution of quantities of interest, through mixed effect hierarchical models and joint models.
Bayesian nonparametrics: clustering and community detection, with a focus on stochastic block model and mixture models.
Computational statistics: Monte Carlo, Markov chain Monte Carlo, sequential Monte Carlo methods, Parallel tempering.
Applications: biostatistics, epidemiology, and biology.
