Privacy Policy for Amodotio Apps
Privacy Policy for Amodotio Apps
Last Updated: October 2026
Welcome to Amodotio ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). Amodotio is the primary parent organization and publisher of digital products, mobile applications, interactive games, and cloud software services across global platforms, including the Google Play Store. This Privacy Policy covers all applications, utilities, games, and services published directly by Amodotio or developed under our affiliated software studios, creative labels, and product brands, including MitFlipper (collectively referred to as the "Apps" or "Services").
We are deeply committed to protecting the privacy, security, and personal data of our users worldwide. This comprehensive Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, process, synchronize, and protect your information across our entire ecosystem of offline apps, cloud-connected platforms, subscription services, and interactive mobile games.
1. CATEGORIES OF APPLICATIONS COVERED
Our software catalog spans multiple categories, and data processing practices are tailored to the specific nature of each application:
A. Offline & Local-First Utility Apps (e.g., Timers, Simple Tools, Productivity Utilities)
These applications function entirely on your local device without requiring server connectivity. All settings, logs, and preferences remain solely on your device hardware.
B. Content Creation, Notes & Personal Organization Apps (e.g., MitNote)
Apps designed for creating personal notes, task checklists, sketches, drawings, or records. All personal content is stored locally by default, with optional user-directed cloud backup features.
C. Cloud-Connected & Account-Based Apps (Online Sync & Managed Databases)
Applications providing real-time data sync, multi-device management, user accounts, and real-time collaboration powered by our own secure server backends or managed cloud database infrastructures.
D. Mobile Games & Interactive Entertainment
Single-player and multiplayer games featuring level progression, cloud saves, leaderboards, achievements, multiplayer matchmaking, and virtual items.
E. Commercial, Paid & Subscription-Based Apps
Apps offering premium tiers, in-app feature unlocks, digital consumables, or recurring auto-renewable subscriptions.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW IT IS HANDLED
A. Local Content & Offline Data
- For productivity, utility, and creative apps: Your personal notes, to-do lists, drawings, media attachments, and preference configurations are stored directly in your device’s secure local storage (e.g., local SQLite/Room database).
- We do not access, scan, or copy your personal offline content to our servers without your explicit action.
B. User Account & Identity Information
For applications that provide online accounts, cloud sync, or multi-device access:
- When you register or log in via email or third-party authentication (such as Google Sign-In), we may collect your name, email address, profile picture URL, and system-generated unique User ID (UID).
- Passwords (if applicable) are never stored in plain text; they are protected using strong cryptographic hashing algorithms.
C. Device Security & Biometric Protection
- For apps featuring app locks, Master PINs, security recovery questions, or biometric gates (Fingerprint / Face Unlock):
- All biometric verification is processed on-device by Android’s native operating system (BiometricPrompt API). We never receive, store, or transmit your biometric templates.
- Master PINs and security answers are stored encrypted in private device storage.
D. Cloud Synchronization & Server Backends
Depending on the architecture of the specific App, data may be synchronized via:
1. Google Drive Integration (User-Owned Cloud Storage):
- Scope: Authorized Google Drive API (`drive.appdata`).
- Function: Creates encrypted backup archives in your private Google Drive Application Data folder.
- Strict Boundary: The App has zero access to view, read, or modify any other files, photos, or documents in your Google Drive. Data transfers occur directly between your device and Google servers.
2. Proprietary & Managed Server Backends (Amodotio Cloud & Database Infrastructure):
- When using our online services, your synchronized data (e.g., game progress, sync records, user profile) is stored in secured, managed cloud databases (such as Firebase Cloud Firestore, Google Cloud Platform, or dedicated company servers).
- Data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS/SSL (HTTPS) protocols and protected by strict authentication rules.
E. Gaming Progress, Achievements & Leaderboards
For interactive games:
- We may record gameplay metrics, high scores, levels unlocked, in-game achievements, virtual coin balances, and leaderboard rankings.
- Online rankings and social features may be facilitated through Google Play Games Services or our custom matchmaking game servers.
F. In-App Purchases, Paid Apps & Subscriptions
- All financial transactions, paid app purchases, recurring subscriptions, and consumable item orders are handled exclusively by Google Play In-App Billing.
- We do not collect, view, or store credit card numbers, debit card details, bank information, or billing addresses. Google Play securely notifies our backend only of transaction confirmation tokens and subscription status.
G. Automated Technical, Diagnostic & Ad Data
For ad-supported or continuously monitored apps, third-party software development kits (SDKs) may automatically collect non-personally identifiable diagnostic information:
- Device hardware specifications (device model, manufacturer, screen resolution, operating system version).
- Network information (carrier, general country-level geographic location).
- Anonymous identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID / IDFA).
- Performance vitals, crash reports, ANRs (Application Not Responding), and app responsiveness logs.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We process collected data exclusively for legitimate operational and business purposes:
- Delivering, maintaining, and updating the core functionality of each App.
- Processing user-initiated cloud backups, data restores, and cross-device synchronization.
- Managing user accounts, login sessions, and active subscription entitlements.
- Powering online multiplayer game modes, cloud saves, and global leaderboard rankings.
- Serving contextual or personalized advertisements via authorized ad network partners (where enabled).
- Analyzing crash logs, optimizing performance, and preventing software bugs, security exploits, or policy violations.
4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & INTEGRATIONS
Our Apps may integrate with reputable, certified third-party service providers. Each provider operates under its respective privacy terms:
- Google Play Services: Core platform support, authentication, and security.
- Google Play In-App Billing: Secure processing of digital purchases and recurring subscriptions.

- Exact Alarms (SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM): To trigger user-configured reminders, note alerts, or task alarms at the precise minute scheduled.
- Foreground Service: To run continuous, active user-initiated operations (e.g., active focus timers, media playback, background data syncing).
- Internet & Network State: To enable online features, cloud backups, multiplayer gaming, license verification, and ads.
- Biometric Hardware: To authenticate user identity locally before unlocking secured notes or sensitive screens.
6. DATA RETENTION & ACCOUNT DELETION
- Retention Duration: We retain account information and synchronized data only as long as your account remains active or as required to fulfill the operational purpose of the service.
- Local Data Deletion: You can permanently erase all locally stored data at any time by uninstalling the application or selecting "Clear Storage" in your device settings.
- Cloud Backup Deletion: Google Drive backups can be managed and deleted directly within the app's backup management interface or via Google Drive settings.
- Account & Data Deletion Requests: For account-based or online apps, users may delete their accounts via the in-app "Delete Account" option (where available) or submit a formal deletion request by emailing mitflipper@gmail.com with their registered email address. All associated personal records and cloud data will be permanently wiped from our active databases within 30 days.
7. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY & FAMILY PROTECTION
- General Audience Apps: Our general utility, productivity, and note-taking apps are designed for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
- Family & Child-Directed Games: If an interactive game is intentionally designed for children or families, it will strictly comply with Google Play Families Policy and the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), utilizing child-appropriate ad configurations and zero tracking of behavioral identifiers.
- If you believe a child has provided us with personal information without parental consent, please contact us at mitflipper@gmail.com, and we will take immediate steps to delete the information.
8. DATA SECURITY & GLOBAL TRANSFERS
We implement rigorous administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All network communications involving sensitive user data or cloud synchronization are encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS). Where data is hosted on global cloud servers, it is managed in accordance with recognized international data protection standards (including GDPR and CCPA principles).
9. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
As our product catalog expands to include new applications, online features, games, and backend capabilities, we may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any modifications will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of any of our Apps after an update signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
