As a Project Lead, worked on Fund Distribution Platform (FDP) for client Nordea (Sweden) about implementing one global platform and operating model that enabled Nordea to effectively distribute internal and external funds in a common way and optimised to meet regulatory changes, new market clients and counter-party needs as well as being open for new and flexible product solution.

On the technology front it involved java, spring integration framework to implement chain for fund distribution workflow on back-end and GWT on front-end UI.

I was actively involved in co-ordinating with business users to gather feature requirements, managing tasks, prioritising tasks with team using JIRA and conducting scrum following Agile methodology.

Performed testing and optimised products, resulting in improved performance and a client satisfaction of 96%.

Facilitated processes, including daily scrum, sprint planning, and sprint demos.
