Biography
I am currently working as a Senior Research Associate at QNu Labs Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore.
Prior to that I held the position of Research Engineer in the Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) group at the Centre for Development of Telematics (C-DOT), New Delhi.
I completed my PhD in Cryptography from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Indian Institute of Technology Ropar, where I was fortunate to have Prof. Somitra Kumar Sanadhya as my advisor. Before that, I completed my M.Tech. in computer science from IIIT Delhi, where I also got the opportunity to work with Dr. Donghoon Chang. I was also associated with Cryptology Research Group, IIIT Delhi.
I am a life member (membership id: S/0262 ) of the Cryptology Research Society of India.
Research Interest: Post-Quantum Cryptography, Cryptanalysis, Quantum Computation.

April 13, 2022: Successfully defended my PhD thesis entitled ``Post-quantum security of symmetric-key cryptosystems.''
Mar 2021: Our work on ``PQC Acceleration using GPUs: FrodoKEM, NewHope, and Kyber '' accepted to IEEE Trans. on Parallel Dist. Systems 2021.
Feb 2021: Our work on ``Quantum collision attacks on double-block-length hash functions'' got accepted into IACR-ToSC 2021.
Dec 2017: Our work on ``Revocable IBE from rank-metric codes'' got accepted into CT-RSA 2018.
