2020: Research and operational project of revaluation of the assets of the industrial organization through the method of the Perpetual Inventory Method (PIM)
The Perpetual Inventory Method (PIM) is the most widely used approach towards measuring fixed assets' stocks and flows. A PIM can be used to estimate gross capital stock, consumption of fixed capital, and net capital stock. Given that the fixed assets of most Iranian industries and companies are calculated and depreciated based on historical value, so the role of increasing their value and updating it based on inflation growth will be ignored and will be calculated with the previous value; as a result, the use of this standard method in this government-industry will be very fruitful.
2019: Identification and tracking empty capacities in production, low return assets, and solutions to make them more productivity
The main driver of this research project was low production efficiency in state-owned Industrial companies (Case Study). According to the identification and analysis of empty capacities based on Break-Even Points (BEP) of revenue and cost, calculating capital productivity and labor productivity and comparing it with the amount volume of product production in specific periods, bottlenecks and risks were identified. Then low-yield assets were coded. Finally, special measures were taken to optimize production and increase productivity.
2018: Research and Operational Project of Cost of Quality (COQ) and Cost Engineering on the Path of Productivity Growth
Given that one of the most critical production components in industrial companies is the optimal quality of products and Quality costs, there is always this concern about quality costs. What stage and period are they logical and optimal? And what will be the roles of many surpluses, rework, and hidden costs in production. Accordingly, in the Cost of Quality (COQ) Model, according to the segmentation of prevention costs and failure costs and creating a logical method for it, these problems can be solved, and Total Factor Productivity (TFP) can be increased.
2017: Identification and Tracking Controllable and Uncontrollable Costs and Optimize Them
Cost Control and Management is the Most Important Aspect of Business Management in terms of Business Survival and Profitability. The Process of Cost Control Starts by Evaluating Costs Based on a Necessity Need as Well as Relevance. In a Business, Costs are Unavoidable. However, a Business can Prioritize Based on Controllable and Uncontrollable Costs Involved in the Day to Day Running of a Business. Based on this Research and Operational Project, All Costs of several Industrial Companies were Divided into two Categories of Controllable and Uncontrollable Costs, and Accordingly, After Determining the Percentage of their Frequency in the Field of Controllable Costs Using Cost Engineering Strategies, The Many Surplus Costs was Limited and then Optimized. Also, for Relative Control, Uncontrollable Costs Because they Could not be Controlled Under the Management of a Particular Person, Macro Strategies were Used at High Levels.
2021: Modeling Impulsive Purchasing Temptations Consumers Based on Endogenous and Exogenous Factors: Based on the Evidence During the COVID-19 Pandemic
In this study, a wide range of endogenous factors (intellectual and behavioral temptations) and exogenous factors (environmental and external temptations) were performed on impulsive and unnecessary purchases of people in non-essential goods at the level of famous online stores and the first level in Iran. During this research, developed modeling was performed, and unique results were obtained.
2020: Modeling and implementation of customer behavioral components based on data science decision models
One of the most important marketing tools we were able to use based on the role of technology in this research was to create an extensive database of personality and behavioral aspects, information on consumer preferences, purchase volume, product demand, and all purchases and consumption parameters. Using the elements of data science, we were able to simulate and predict some of the consumer decisions in each specific industry in the future, thus controlling all the actions of companies and entrepreneurs and increasing companies' performance.
2017: Economic, competition and taxation modeling project
In this research project, the relationship between economic growth, tax policies, and labor distribution in the endogenous growth model with expanding species and the analysis of economic model relationships in the three sections of final goods, intermediate goods, and research were investigated. It was found that the capital tax resources used to finance the research sector have a significant impact on the growth and movement of the workforce.
2016: Research and operational project, preparation and compilation of the Marketing Plan of the nuts production company
The following processes and measures were used in preparing the marketing plan, Identifying and analyzing performance, Management processes, Analyzing the market situation Identifying target markets, market research, and target market forecasting, Market segmentation and training appropriate demographics based on patterns and behavioral factors of consumers, Review Market needs, market trends, and tendencies in-market consumers, Identifying and analyzing the pillars of market growth and development, Opportunity Analysis and strategic analysis based on SWOT, Goals, and Objectives, a proposal for product production, Mission statement, Review of all marketing strategies and financial and economic affairs of the company, Analysis and The sales forecast based on Cost-volume-profit (CVP), Other required measures and processes.
2015: Research on the relationship between limitations and shortcomings in service delivery to consumers and their behavioral responses
In this research, several accident insurance consumers in Iran were examined. Our research results showed that when the service to them is limited, consumers' psychological and behavioral components in different emotional intelligence undergo different fundamental changes. Also, the impact of these changes on environmental and interactive elements was quite evident.
