Ursula Myles is a Program Director, Instructor, and Facilitator and the creator of the AMENDED™ Framework, a skills-based educational model focused on accountability, readiness, decision-making, and applied learning. She leads structured, hands-on learning experiences across healthcare skills, life safety education, workforce readiness, and personal development using non-clinical, simulation-based instruction.
All programs are designed and delivered through the AMENDED™ approach, which emphasizes practical skill development, repetition, and real-world application rather than lecture-only instruction. Training environments are intentionally educational, supportive, and structured to help participants build confidence, competence, and readiness without crossing into regulated clinical or licensure-based training.
Ursula facilitates a wide range of offerings, including healthcare skills labs, phlebotomy simulation practice, life safety and preparedness education, workforce readiness training, and AMENDED™ framework-based programs that support emotional regulation, decision-making, accountability, and personal responsibility. Programs serve individuals exploring career pathways, strengthening existing skills, or seeking structured skill-building outside of formal certification programs.
All skills-based instruction is conducted using simulation equipment and controlled learning environments only. No clinical care, patient contact, externships, licensure, or employment qualification is provided through AMENDED™ programs unless explicitly stated through an authorized credentialing body.
“As an AMENDED™ Instructor, I facilitate skills-based, simulation-supported learning that strengthens decision-making, accountability, and real-world readiness.”
When applicable, AMENDED™ programs may include collaboration with credentialed professionals (such as Licensed Vocational Nurses for simulation-based healthcare skills labs) serving in supportive instructional or demonstration roles, consistent with the educational scope of each offering.
