I remember 2 movies which I watched long time back and was not able to see the hidden agenda during those days. I realized it much later when I started to read about more and more such propaganda and fictionalized stories.

A very real life movie about atrocities faced by women across India in recent times. Seems like we never really learnt anything from our history, our religions or our cultures that we are so boastfully proud of. The times of Draupadi have returned and this time it's worse. Our urban, middle class hue and cry of feminism and gender equality fails to reach right where it's needed. No wonder such movies never get publicity and mainstream media attention that they deserve. A must watch.
