We created Cool Timer Application (or App) and work hard to offer you access to and control over the information you give us, and we take seriously our responsibility to protect that information.

We are dedicated to protecting your privacy and fostering a secure environment for our Users of all ages because we recognize how important privacy is to you. They can also exercise their right to learn about how we process their Personal Information. We will not deny you services for exercising your rights, though we may still provide a different level of service.

Before responding to inquiries about how we use Personal Information about California residents (including inquiries about the specific data points we gather) and requests to delete your Personal Information, we may confirm their identities by comparing the information they provide with the Personal Data we already have on file for them. 

Additionally, Californians have the option to refuse the "sale" (as previously indicated) of their Personal Data. An App may run third-party adverts. We may occasionally include content—or give links to content—provided by other parties that may be interesting to you. Certain of these materials, links or websites may contain branding or advertisements. Please examine third parties' links for further details before you follow them.

Please be aware that we make every effort and take precautions to prevent information collection for targeted advertising reasons.

To communicate with users, the App might use Firebase - mobile and web application development platform that provides various services to help us build and manage our services. These services include hosting, databases, analytics, and authentication. When you use our App, certain information about your usage may be collected by Firebase to help us to improve our service.

You might be able to alter the App's functionality and App, for instance, without significant updates performed.

Users might have access to Firebase's A/B testing functionality, which helps us enhance your App experience by enhancing manageability, scaling, and app analysis. Before the App updates are launched, users can immediately test and assess changes made to the interface and its features.

Additionally, users may from time to time receive Firebase Dynamic Links, which are clever URLs that let us point users in multiple directions within the App.

Users may have access to in-app messaging, which allows for certain actions to be taken within the App to gain access to the App's different features.

We might utilize Firebase to offer statistics and incorporate it with programs like AdMob or Applovin. This implies that when using the App, you can get marketing messages. Utilizing your device's settings, you can decline them and opt-out from such messages.


8. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Your Personal Data may be transferred, processed, and stored outside of your home country, including in the United States, which might not have the same degree of data protection as your place of residence. If you live in the European Economic Area ("EEA"), your Personal Data may be transferred from the EEA to a nation outside the EEA. A parent or guardian may open an account on behalf of a minor who is under 18 but who is of the legal age in their country of residence (for instance, 13 in the US) to give their approval to use the App. 

Please, note, the App is not available to anybody under the legal age of permission to use Internet services. We shall make reasonable efforts to erase any Personal Information from a child under those age ranges if we become aware that we have done so.

11. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy may occasionally be updated or modified. We will let users know when our Privacy Policy has changed by publishing the new updated version on our App along with the updated revision date. If we make any significant changes to our Policy, we'll try to let you know by placing a notice on our App. To stay up to date on our privacy practices, we advise you to read the Privacy Policy each time you use the App or each time you see it was updated.
