Amartya Saha
Welcome to my homepage.
I am an aspiring theoretical high energy physicist, specifically interested in quantum field theory and gravitational physics.
I am currently a second year graduate student at the Department of Physics at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur (IITK).
As a member of Dr. Arjun Bagchi's research group at IITK, I have been researching on the aspects of 2D Galilean or Carrollean conformal field theories with the aim to gaining an understanding of the holographic principle in the three-dimensional asymptotically flat space-times. Ultimately, inspired by the methods of 3D flat holography, I hope to explore the implications of this intriguing principle in the physically relevant four dimensions.
