Hint: For international travelers, the logistically simplest way to reach the workshop hotel may be by flying to Lamezia Terme airport and then taking the transfer taxi of the hotel (see below). This eliminates the need to use a train.
Air: The nearest airport, Lamezia Terme (SUF) is 75 km from the hotel. The hotel can arrange for transfer, see below. Alternatively, you can fly to Naples (NAP) or Rome and then continue by train to Cetraro or Paola. The hotel can arrange for transfer from Paola and Cetraro train stations, see below.
Train: Cetraro has a train station on which regional trains stop. Fast trains stop at Paola train station that is about 21 km from the hotel. From Paola you can travel by a regional train to Cetraro or use the shuttle service directly to the hotel. The hotel can arrange for transfer from Cetraro and Paola train stations, see below.
For train timetables and electronic tickets see https://www.trenitalia.com
If you, for instance use as a query on that site 'From: Napoli Centrale | To: Cetraro' the system will give you possible connections with their total travel time. You are advised to use a fast train, called Freccia or Intercity from Napoli Centrale to Paola. To go from Paola train station to the hotel you can either use a regional train from Paola to Cetrao (10 min.) in the result of your querry or skip that train and use the shuttle service to reach the hotel. If on departure you use a fast train from Paola to go to your next destination, you are advised to use the shuttle service to go from the hotel to Paola train station - if you instead use a reginal train (Regionale) from Cetraro to Paola, it may have a delay and you may miss the connection with the fast train.
Possible routes: International participants can fly to Lamezia Terme or Naples or Rome.
From Lamezia Terme airport, the easiest way is to ask the hotel to arrange for transfer.
From Naples or Rome, one can take a fast train to Paola that is 21 km from the hotel. There are also regional trains to Cetraro. The hotel can arrange for transfer from Paola and Cetraro train stations.
