To provide our core service of generating customized mythological avatars, we collect the following minimal data from you:
Zodiac Sign and Date of Birth: We collect this information directly from you when you manually enter it into the App's user interface.
Usage Data (Non-Personal): We may collect anonymized data regarding how the App is accessed and used to improve its functionality and troubleshoot bugs.
We do not collect your name, email address, physical address, phone number, or any background location data.
The data collected (your chosen Zodiac Sign and Date of Birth) is used exclusively for one purpose:

Important Disclaimer: The App is purely a creative graphic design tool. The data is NOT used for fortune-telling, horoscope predictions, tarot readings, or any real-life advice.
To generate the high-quality avatars, the App relies on industry-leading third-party Artificial Intelligence (AI) services.
We share your Zodiac Sign and Date of Birth strictly with the following third-party AI services:
OpenAI (API): We send the text inputs to OpenAI to structure a creative visual prompt for your avatar.
Replicate (API): We send the structured visual prompt to Replicate's image generation models to create the final avatar image.
Protection Guarantee: We confirm that these third-party AI services provide the same or equal data protection as stated in this Privacy Policy. They are strictly prohibited from using your data to train their own generalized models or for any external marketing purposes. Your inputs are ephemeral and processed only to return the requested image to you.
In strict adherence to Apple's guidelines, we do not send any personal data to OpenAI or Replicate without your explicit, prior consent.
Upon your first attempt to generate an avatar or use the AI chat, the App presents a clear, mandatory Consent Modal.
This modal clearly identifies that your inputs will be sent to OpenAI and Replicate for image generation.
The data is only transmitted after you explicitly tap the "Agree" button. You may decline, which will prevent the data transmission (though this restricts the AI generation feature).
We do not store your personal data (Zodiac Sign, Date of Birth) or generated images on our remote servers. The generated images and your active preferences are stored locally on your device. Once you delete the App, all locally stored data is permanently removed.
Our App does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us so we can take necessary actions.
