This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding legal contract between you ("User", "you") and the developer ("we", "us", "our") governing the use of the AI Zodiac Myth Avatar mobile application ("App").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the App.
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
AI Zodiac Myth Avatar is an artificial intelligence-based design and graphic generator tool. The App allows users to generate mythological and zodiac-themed avatars based on user-provided inputs (e.g., date of birth, zodiac sign).
Disclaimer: The App is solely intended for graphic design, entertainment, and visual creation purposes. The App does NOT provide any predictions, horoscopes, tarot readings, fortune-telling, or any real-life advice. It is strictly a creative design tool.
You acknowledge that the avatars and graphics generated by the App are created using artificial intelligence.
You retain the rights to the generated images for personal use, provided that you comply with our content policies.
You agree not to use the App to generate any illegal, offensive, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful imagery.
The App offers premium features (e.g., unlimited avatar generation, high-resolution exports) through auto-renewing subscriptions and in-app purchases.
Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You may manage or cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase.
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the App.
Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the App.
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of the App.
The App, including without limitation all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights are, and shall remain, the sole and exclusive property of the developer.
In no event shall we be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the App.
This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or us. We may, in our sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice. This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from us, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement.
