END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT AND PRIVACY POLICY

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By installing and using HoleZ ("the App"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("EULA") and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. LICENSE
The developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on a single device for personal, non-commercial use.
3. RESTRICTIONS
You may NOT:
• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Repackage or redistribute the App through any channel
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices
4. STEAM ACCOUNT AND LOCAL DATA
You are solely responsible for your Steam account credentials. The App stores your Steam session, tokens, and cookies locally on your device using encryption (SQLCipher / Android Keystore). The developer does NOT collect your Steam password, upload it to any server, or share it with third parties.
Other data stored strictly locally on-device: app settings, farming history, inventory cache, notification preferences, and backup files exported by the user.
5. COMMUNITY (CHAT, ANNOUNCEMENTS, MODERATION) — CLOUD DATA
If you use community features, the following data may be processed and stored via Google Firebase Firestore:
• Your display name (nickname)
• Your chat messages and message timestamps
• Your anonymous device client ID (UUID) and optional Steam ID
• Online presence (heartbeat)
• Abuse reports (reported message content and reporter ID)
• Ban records (created only by authorized moderators)
This data is processed solely for community chat, service stability, and moderation. Your Steam password and session credentials are NEVER sent to the community backend.
Firebase is an infrastructure provider subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
6. NOTIFICATIONS
The App may post local notifications for card drops, farming status, service events, and admin announcements. You can turn these off in Settings. On Android 13+, notification permission is requested.
7. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
• Execute Steam card farming, inventory, and market automation
• Provide community chat, announcements, and moderation
• Local statistics and on-device debugging
• Security and abuse prevention (rate limiting, profanity filters, integrity checks)
8. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
• Local data is permanently removed when you uninstall the App or clear app data in Android Settings.
• Community chat messages remain in the secure cloud database for service history and moderation.
• To request deletion of your community-related data or account association, contact the developer at alzekltd@gmail.com.
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The App communicates with:
• Steam (Valve Corporation) APIs and Community/Market services
• Google Firebase (Firestore)
The developer is not responsible for the privacy practices or terms of those third-party services.
10. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. The developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The App and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
12. DISCLAIMER
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. The developer is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the App, including but not limited to any actions taken by Valve/Steam regarding your account. Card selling, farming, or automation is at your own risk.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the App.
14. TERMINATION
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
15. CHANGES
The developer reserves the right to modify this EULA and Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes may require re-acceptance in the App. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
