Alyssa N. Saunders

I am a third-year PhD student in the Integrative Biology Department and Ecology, Evolution, and Behavior program at Michigan State University. I completed my undergraduate studies in 2021 at Indiana University Bloomington with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, a minor in Animal Behavior, and biology departmental honors. My current research focuses on the reproduction of the African weakly electric fish family Mormyroidea. I am also passionate about sharing science with others via outreach and education.
