8. Alygo Care – Rides for Kids & Seniors

For Children (Ages 13–17)

Parents or guardians can create an Alygo account for their children with verified permission.

• Parents receive real-time notifications when their child is picked up or dropped off.
  
  

• Drivers must pass enhanced security checks to qualify.
  
  

• Rides are clearly labeled “Alygo Care – Kid Ride”.
  
  

• A PIN security code is required before starting the trip.
  
  

• Optional driver camera or ID verification tools.
  
  

For Seniors or Assisted Riders

Family members, caregivers, or friends can book rides for seniors or riders needing extra assistance.

• Drivers may assist passengers with boarding/exiting.
  
  

• Extended wait time available.
  
  

• GPS tracking and ETA updates sent to caregivers.
  
  

Safety Features

• Live trip updates shared with family or guardians.
  
  

• Only certified Alygo Care drivers can accept these rides.

2. Account Security

• You’re responsible for your account.
  
  

• No sharing login credentials.
  
  

• Fraudulent activity leads to termination.
  
  

3. Service Role

Alygo connects riders and drivers. We are not a transportation company.

4. Payments

• Fares are based on time, distance, and demand.
  
  

• Payments are processed via Stripe or secure gateways.
  
  

• Drivers see earnings after commission, passengers see total fare upfront.
  
  

• Cancellation fees:
  
  

  • $3 if canceled after driver starts heading to pickup.
    
    

  • $5 if driver arrives, waits 5 minutes, and rider no-shows.
    
    

5. Conduct

• Respect all users. Harassment or illegal acts = ban.
  
  

• Drivers must obey laws and keep vehicles safe.
  
  

6. Cancellations

Frequent cancellations may lead to penalties.

7. Insurance & Liability

• Drivers must hold required insurance.
  
  

• Alygo is not liable for accidents but will cooperate with investigations.
  
  

8. Ratings & Reviews

• Low ratings may lead to suspension.

9. Prohibited Actions
