Pokemon Pastel Yellow/Cream

     A Pokemon Yellow hack with the intent to inaccurate coloring on Pokemon without
     changing their actual art much. For the Cream version, the starter pikachu will
     be replaced with eevee! Might also make other versions for clefairy, poliwag,
     and meowth!
