# End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Please read this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before clicking the "I Agree" button, downloading, or using the AI Wall Art Creator application ("Application").
By downloading or using the Application, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not click on the "I Agree" button and do not download or use the Application.
## 1. License
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
## 2. Restrictions
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
* License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the Application or make the Application available to any third party.
* Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the Application.
* Remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of us or our affiliates, partners, suppliers or the licensors of the Application.
## 3. Intellectual Property and Generated Content
The Application utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) to generate visual wall art, canvas designs, and posters ("Generated Content") based on user input prompts.
* User Rights: You may download, save, and use the Generated Content for personal or commercial purposes, subject to our terms and the terms of our third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Replicate).
* App Ownership: All rights, title, and interest in and to the Application (excluding Generated Content), including all copyrights, patents, trade secrets, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights, are and will remain our exclusive property.
## 4. Subscription and In-App Purchases
* Premium Access: The Application offers premium features accessible via a paid subscription or consumable credits ("Premium Features").
* Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
* Refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or as outlined in the policies of the App Store or Google Play Store.
## 5. User-Generated Input
You are solely responsible for the text prompts you input into the Application. You agree not to input prompts that generate content that is:
* Illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of another's privacy.
* Infringing upon any third party's intellectual property rights.
## 6. Modifications to Application
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Application or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.
## 7. Term and Termination
This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or us. We may, in our sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.
This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from us, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. You may also terminate this Agreement by deleting the Application and all copies thereof from your mobile device or from your computer.
Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the Application and delete all copies of the Application from your mobile device or from your computer.
## 8. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
## 9. Amendments to this Agreement
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
