Alvi Ataur Khalil

Alvi Ataur Khalil is pursuing his doctoral studies in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Florida International University (FIU) and has been working at the Analytics for Cyber Defense (ACyD) Laboratory. He was a software engineer in Mazegeek Inc, Bangladesh for more than a year. He received a BS in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) from Khulna University of Engineering and Technology (KUET). Khalil is interested in blockchain protection and implementation, as well as the development of intelligent protection mechanisms. He has published 13 peer-reviewed research papers/journal articles.

[November 2023] Honored with the 2023 "ECE Ph.D. Publication Incentive Awards" by Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at FIU, for the research regarding UAV-assisted Energy Harvesting of IoT devices, which resulted in one conference and one journal paper.
