Feeling lousy or stuck is not meant to be forever. Life can bring challenges, and sometimes suffering, but life also offers the possibility of many other experiences, I know this because I've had times of suffering in my life that felt pretty awful, yet others that were joyful and amazing, and many in-between, eventually I began to get into a flow with navigating all of it. I see therapy as a self-care tool to address the stuff that is interfering with our flow that is causing stuckness and suffering.
