  • Motivation to be more active

  • Is there something else that is driving the weight gain

When it comes to weight loss basically the body needs to take in less than what it needs so the fat reserves can be used. Using these reserves results in weight loss. There are various ways this can be achieved. You can change the types of foods you eat. Change the quantities of food you eat. Increase your levels of activity. Follow a particular regime such as intermittent fasting or time restricted eating, stopping sugar, low carb, sticking to a particular diet.

In your first session, we discuss your goals and past challenges.

I do a series of activities designed to help me to know you a little better and you will experience a personalized hypnosis session based around the benefits you'd like to realize and the changes you agree to make.

Generally a series of 3 sessions can be extremely helpful.
