The Application is designed to generate images of skincare products and cosmetic branding based on text descriptions.
To function, the Application collects the following data:
* **Text Inputs (Prompts):** When you type a description of a product you want to generate (e.g., "A minimalist glass serum bottle"), we collect that specific text string. This is collected actively and directly from you when you type it into the text box and press the generate button.
* **Crash & Performance Data:** We may collect anonymous crash logs and performance analytics to improve the stability of the Application.
**What We DO NOT Collect:**
* We **DO NOT** collect your name, email address, phone number, or any personally identifiable information (PII).
* We **DO NOT** collect, scan, upload, or process any existing photos from your device's camera roll or gallery.
* We **DO NOT** collect biometric data or facial data.

### 2. Third-Party AI Services & Data Sharing (Who Your Data Is Sent To)
Because the Application relies on cloud-based AI to generate high-quality images, your text prompts cannot be processed offline. **We must share the exact text prompt you type with specific third-party AI services.**
**Who your data is sent to:**
1. **OpenAI (OpenAI, L.L.C.):** We send your initial text prompt to OpenAI via a secure API solely to enhance and expand the descriptive quality of your prompt.
2. **Replicate (Replicate, Inc.) / Black Forest Labs:** The enhanced text prompt is then sent to Replicate's API (utilizing models by Black Forest Labs) solely to generate the actual image of the cosmetic product.
**What specific data is sent:**
**Only the text prompt you manually enter** into the app is sent to these providers. No personal data, device identifiers, or IP addresses are linked to these prompts when sent to the AI providers through our secure backend proxy.
**Why it is sent:**
To provide the core functionality of the Application—transforming your text description into a visual product mockup.
**Equal Protection Guarantee:**
We confirm that the third-party AI services we use (OpenAI API and Replicate API) provide the same or equal protection of user data as stated in this policy. Both services operate under strict enterprise API agreements wherein **they do not use your submitted text prompts to train their public AI models**. Your prompts are retained by these providers only temporarily for the purpose of fulfilling the API request and are then securely discarded.

### 3. User Consent Before Transmission
We do not send any data to third-party AI services without your explicit permission.
* **In-App Consent:** When you first attempt to generate an image, the Application will display a clear "AI Data Notice" popup.
* This popup clearly identifies that your text prompt will be sent to OpenAI and Replicate/Black Forest Labs.
* You must actively click the **"I Agree & Continue"** button before any text data is transmitted. If you decline, no data will be sent, and the generation feature will not operate.

### 4. Local Device Data & Photo Library Access
The Application requires permission to access your device's Photo Library **solely for the purpose of saving an image**.
* **How it works:** If you generate an image you like and tap the "Save" button, the Application requests "Write-Only" or "Add Only" access to save that specific generated image to your camera roll.
* **No Scanning:** The Application does not have read-access to your past photos, nor does it scan, view, modify, or upload any of your existing personal photos.
