# End User License Agreement (EULA)

Please read this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before clicking the "I Agree" button, downloading, or using **AI Skincare Product Maker** (the "Application").
By downloading or using the Application, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not click on the "I Agree" button and do not download or use the Application.

### 1. Acknowledgment
This Agreement is a legal document between you (the "End-User") and the developer of **AI Skincare Product Maker**. You acknowledge that this Agreement is concluded between you and the developer only, and not with Apple Inc., Google LLC, or any other app store provider. The developer is solely responsible for the Application and the content thereof.
### 2. Scope of License
The developer grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement on a mobile device that you own or control.Â
This license does not allow you to:
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application.
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Application.
- Make any copies of the Application, except for standard backup purposes.
### 3. User-Generated Content & AI Processing
**AI Skincare Product Maker** allows you to generate cosmetic and skincare mockups using Artificial Intelligence (AI).
- **Ownership:** You retain all rights and ownership to the final generated images you create, save, or download using the Application, subject to the terms of the third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Replicate, Black Forest Labs).
- **Data Usage:** Your text prompts are processed through third-party AI APIs to generate the requested designs. By using the Application, you consent to your prompts being sent securely to these APIs.
- **Prohibited Content:** You agree not to use the Application to generate illegal, offensive, discriminatory, or unauthorized copyrighted material.
### 4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
Some features of the Application are offered via a subscription model or one-time credit purchases (In-App Purchases).
- Payments will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You may manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.
### 5. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. The collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Application, you agree to the terms outlined in the Privacy Policy. We request access to your Photo Library solely for the purpose of saving the AI-generated images you explicitly choose to download. We do not scan, read, upload, or modify your existing photos.
### 6. Maintenance and Support
The developer is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the Application. You acknowledge that Apple Inc. or Google LLC have no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Application.
### 7. Warranty
The Application is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind. The developer makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or quality of the AI-generated images. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
### 8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the developer be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Application.
### 9. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or the developer. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from the developer if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination of the Agreement, you shall cease all use of the Application and delete all copies from your mobile device.
### 10. Governing Law
This Agreement and your use of the Application are governed by the applicable laws of the developer's jurisdiction, excluding its conflicts of law rules. Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
