This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and the developers of AI Room Design: Interior ("we", "us", or "our").
This EULA agreement governs your acquisition and use of our AI Room Design: Interior software ("Software") directly from Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or indirectly through any authorized partner or reseller.
Please read this EULA agreement carefully before completing the installation process and using the AI Room Design: Interior software. It provides a license to use the AI Room Design: Interior software and contains warranty information and liability disclaimers.
By clicking "accept" or installing and/or using the AI Room Design: Interior software, you are confirming your acceptance of the Software and agreeing to become bound by the terms of this EULA agreement.
You and we acknowledge that this EULA is concluded between you and us only, and not with Apple Inc., Google LLC, or their subsidiaries (hereinafter "App Stores"). We, not the App Stores, are solely responsible for the Software and the content thereof.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Software strictly in accordance with the terms of this EULA. You may not:
Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, or decrypt the Software.
Make any modification, adaptation, improvement, enhancement, translation, or derivative work from the Software.
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) posted by us.
Use the Software for any revenue generating endeavor, commercial enterprise, or other purpose for which it is not designed or intended without appropriate licensing.
The Software offers in-app purchases and auto-renewing subscriptions that grant "Credits" used to generate AI room interior designs.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Payment will be charged to your iTunes or Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase.
Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
Subscriptions may be managed by the user, and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication.
The Software utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) to transform photos of your rooms into interior design visualizations.
Your Inputs: You retain all rights to the original photos you upload to the Software. We do not claim ownership of your original photos. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, and permissions to upload the photos.
AI Outputs: Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display the generated room designs ("Outputs") for personal and non-commercial purposes.
No Guarantee: The AI generates unpredictable visual outputs. We do not guarantee that the generated images will perfectly match architectural realities, physical laws, or exact user expectations.
You agree not to use the Software to upload, generate, or share any content that:
Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of another's privacy.
Violates any third party's intellectual property rights or rights of privacy/publicity.
Generates sexually explicit, violent, or hateful imagery. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Software if you violate this Acceptable Use Policy.
We are solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the Software, as specified in this EULA, or as required under applicable law. You and we acknowledge that App Stores have no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Software.
The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall we be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Software.
We, not the App Stores, are responsible for addressing any claims of the end-user or any third party relating to the Software or the end-user’s possession and/or use of that Software, including, but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the Software fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
