This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and the developer ("We", "Us", or "Our") governing your use of the AI Product Photo Studio mobile application (the "App").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not use the App.
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the App.
Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the App.
Remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of the developer or its affiliates, partners, suppliers or the licensors of the App.
Use the App for any illegal, unethical, or unauthorized purpose, including generating harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.
The App utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate product photos and studio backgrounds based on your text inputs.
Ownership: You retain all rights to the prompts you input. We make no claims of exclusive copyright over the AI-generated imagery. You may use the generated images freely for your commercial or personal projects (such as your e-commerce store or social media).
Accuracy and Liability: The AI-generated designs are conceptual and for visualization purposes. We are not responsible for the physical creation, marketing results, or commercial outcomes of the generated images. You agree that we shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect business losses incurred due to the usage of the AI-generated photos.
Certain features of the App require a premium subscription or the purchase of in-app credits.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellations: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store or Play Store account settings after purchase.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and share information about you, including how we handle the text prompts you submit to generate images.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the App or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.
This EULA shall remain in effect until terminated by you or us. We may, in our sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this EULA with or without prior notice. This EULA will terminate immediately, without prior notice from us, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this EULA. You may also terminate this EULA by deleting the App and all copies thereof from your mobile device.
The App is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, we expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to the App, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.
