 All policy clauses, warranties, terms & conditions are summarized in a pdf for clients to review before making the purchase. ARAM believes its important for clients to be aware of exactly what is claimable and not claimable under the insurance policies they are paying for.

To ensure clients are well-informed during the claim process regular updates from the claims department are provided and communicated via email/WhatsApp.
