ENSAI - CREST
I am a development economist applying rigorous quantitative methods to analyse energy-related topics.
On the demand side, I address positive questions such as the benefits and costs linked to reliable energy access for households, firms, and the environment.
On the supply side, I address normative questions such as whether governments should focus only on regulating the energy and financial sectors while leaving the financing role to private stakeholders. This may include a potential reduction or abandonment of subsidies.
