ClosetFlow respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the ClosetFlow mobile application.
ClosetFlow is an offline wardrobe organization application that allows users to organize clothing items, create outfits, plan what to wear, manage packing lists, and track wardrobe activity.
By using ClosetFlow, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
ClosetFlow does not require you to create an account and does not collect personal information through an online server.
The app may process information that you voluntarily enter or select, including:

* Clothing categories
* Brands, sizes, colors, materials, and seasons
* Purchase prices and purchase dates
* Wardrobe locations
* Outfit information
* Packing lists
* Planner entries
* Laundry status
* Clothing notes and custom tags

This information is used only to provide the app’s wardrobe organization features.
2. Local Data Storage
All wardrobe information is stored locally on your device.
ClosetFlow does not automatically upload your wardrobe data, clothing photos, outfits, notes, planner information, or packing lists to an external server.
Your data generally remains on your device unless you intentionally export a backup file or otherwise share information using features provided by your device.
3. Clothing Photos and Media Access
ClosetFlow may allow you to select existing clothing photos from your device.
When available, the app uses the Android system photo picker so that you can choose specific images without granting access to your entire photo library. Android describes the photo picker as a privacy-preserving method that gives apps access only to media selected by the user.
Selected images may be copied into the app’s private local storage so that they can be displayed within your wardrobe.
ClosetFlow does not upload selected photos to a remote server.
4. Camera Permission
ClosetFlow may request access to your device camera only when you choose to take a new photo of a clothing item.
Camera access is optional and is used solely for capturing clothing photos inside the app.
The app does not use the camera in the background and does not record video or audio without your direct action.
You may deny or revoke camera permission through your device settings. Some photo-capture features may not function if camera access is denied.
5. Backup and Restore
ClosetFlow may allow you to export a local backup containing your wardrobe data and associated images.
Backup files are created only when you explicitly choose to export them.
You are responsible for deciding where backup files are stored and with whom they are shared. Backup files may contain clothing photos, notes, purchase information, wardrobe details, and other information entered into the app.
ClosetFlow does not automatically transmit exported backup files to the developer.
When restoring a backup, the app accesses only the backup file you select.
6. Information We Do Not Collect
ClosetFlow does not intentionally collect:
* Your name
* Email address
* Phone number
* Home address
* Precise location
* Contact list
* SMS messages
* Call logs
* Microphone recordings
* Advertising identifiers
* Financial account credentials
* Government identification information
* Health information
* Browsing history
The app does not require account registration or social media login.
7. Advertising and Analytics
ClosetFlow does not contain third-party advertising.
ClosetFlow does not use advertising SDKs, behavioral tracking tools, or third-party analytics SDKs.
The app does not sell user information or use wardrobe data for targeted advertising.
8. Data Sharing
ClosetFlow does not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties.
Information may leave the app only when you intentionally perform an action such as:
* Exporting a backup
* Sharing a file through your device
* Selecting an external storage destination
* Transferring app data through a device-level backup or migration service
Any third-party application or service you choose to use may have its own privacy policy.
9. Internet Access
ClosetFlow is designed to operate offline.
The app does not require an internet connection for its primary wardrobe organization features.
If a future version introduces optional online features, this Privacy Policy will be updated before those features are released.
10. Data Security
We take reasonable steps to reduce unauthorized access to information stored by the app.
However, no device or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. The security of locally stored information also depends on your device security settings, screen lock, operating system, and backup practices.
You should protect your device and any exported ClosetFlow backup files from unauthorized access.
11. Data Retention
ClosetFlow retains locally stored information until you:
* Delete individual clothing items, outfits, plans, or lists
* Use the Clear All Data feature
* Clear the app’s storage through Android settings
* Uninstall the app
Deleting or uninstalling the app may not automatically delete backup files that you previously exported outside the app.
12. Your Choices and Control
You may:
* Add, edit, or delete wardrobe information
* Remove clothing photos
* Decline camera permission
* Revoke permissions through Android settings
* Export a backup
* Delete individual records
* Clear all locally stored app data
* Uninstall the app
Because ClosetFlow does not require an online account, there is no separate online account deletion process.
13. Children’s Privacy
ClosetFlow is a general wardrobe organization tool and is not specifically directed toward children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through an online service.
Parents or guardians may remove locally stored information by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling the app.
14. Third-Party Services
ClosetFlow may rely on standard Android system components, such as:
* Android system photo picker
* Android camera interface
* Android document picker
* Device file-sharing interface
These system components are provided by the device operating system and may be governed by the privacy terms of the device manufacturer or platform provider.
ClosetFlow does not control third-party applications selected by the user for file storage, sharing, or device backup.
15. International Users
ClosetFlow is available to users in different countries and regions.
Because the app stores information locally and does not operate a developer-controlled user-data server, wardrobe data is not intentionally transferred internationally by the developer.
Your device provider, storage provider, or operating-system backup service may process information according to its own policies.
16. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app’s features, legal requirements, or data practices change.
Any updated version will display a revised “Last Updated” date.
Material changes may also be communicated through the app or its Google Play listing where appropriate.
Continued use of ClosetFlow after an update means that you acknowledge the revised Privacy Policy.
