"DWELLING": indicate the address of the apartment you are interested in (+ Room number).
"PROSPECTIVE TENANT": indicate you actual address. If you live abroad or/ with your parents, indicate that address.
"BANKING INSTITUTION": indicate your acutal institution information. If you live abroad, indicate your acutal institution information in that countrly.
"REFERENCE": indicate the information of person who knows you well. Usualy it is your guarantor. If you do not have one in Canada, add the infomation on your local reference.
"Identification du membre": Vous pouvez garder cette section vide. Nous ajouterons cette information avant d'envoyer le document à RPHL RPHL (WWW)
"LOGEMENT": indiquez l'adresse de l'appartement qui vous intéresse (+ numéro de la chambre).

"INSTITUTION BANCAIRE": indiquez les informations de votre institution actuelle. Si vous vivez à l'étranger, indiquez les informations de votre institution d'origine dans ce pays.
"REFERENCE": indiquez les informations de la personne qui vous connait bien. Habituellement, c'est votre garant. Si vous n'en avez pas au Canada, ajoutez les informations sur votre référence locale.
