Students do not create accounts through the application. Students receive their access information from the application administrator or an authorized educational provider.
We use this information to determine whether the student is authorized to access the application.

The information entered by the student is checked against authorized student information stored in our database.
If the information matches an authorized record, the student is allowed to access the application's educational content.
If the information does not match an authorized record, access is denied.
The application does not provide students with a registration or account-creation feature.
Almarafa uses Firebase services provided by Google for application data and backend functionality.
Student information required for access and operation of the application may be stored and processed using Firebase.
Firebase states that its customers generally control the personal data they provide to Firebase, while Google generally acts as a data processor or service provider for that data. Firebase also provides security measures such as encryption of data in transit and, for several Firebase services, encryption at rest.

Verify whether a student is authorized to use the application.
Provide access to educational content.
Maintain and operate the application.

We do not use student information for advertising or personalized advertising.
Almarafa provides educational content, including videos, to students.
Students cannot upload photos, videos, documents, or other content through the application.
Educational videos are uploaded by teachers or authorized personnel and are hosted and delivered using Bunny.net / Bunny Stream.
Bunny.net's services may process technical information related to video delivery and performance, such as stream quality, errors, and buffering metrics, in order to provide and optimize video delivery.

Almarafa does not display advertisements.
We do not use student information for personalized advertising.
Almarafa does not intentionally collect, track, or store users' precise or approximate location information.
The application does not require access to the device's GPS or location services.
Almarafa does not provide or process payments, purchases, or subscriptions through the application.
Almarafa does not use artificial intelligence or AI services to process student information.
We do not sell, rent, or trade students' personal information.
Student information may be processed by Firebase as part of providing the application's backend and data-storage services.
Educational videos are hosted and delivered through Bunny.net.
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to:
Operate and maintain the application.

أما إذا لم تكن المعلومات مطابقة لسجل مصرح له، فسيتم رفض الدخول.
لا يوفر التطبيق خاصية إنشاء حساب أو التسجيل للطلاب.
يستخدم تطبيق المعرفة خدمات Firebase المقدمة من Google لتوفير وظائف النظام الخلفي للتطبيق وتخزين بيانات التطبيق.
قد يتم تخزين ومعالجة معلومات الطلاب اللازمة للدخول إلى التطبيق وتشغيله باستخدام خدمات Firebase.
