The runner-up is the Allstare 304 series designed for Cuisinart toasters, which wins if you need a dedicated drip tray to catch grease without ruining your oven floor.
• Allstare 304 — best for protecting the interior of Cuisinart TOA-65 models; pick this if your primary goal is catching falling crumbs and oil to make cleanup effortless.
• Allstare 304 — best for maintaining cleanliness in Cuisinart TOA-60 ovens; pick this if you require a durable, nonstick drip pan specifically sized for older convection models.
This component is not just a simple tray; it is a functional replacement basket engineered specifically for the PowerXL Air Fryer Toaster Oven line. Unlike generic pans that might warp under stress, this piece is crafted from solid 304 stainless steel, a material known for being heavier and significantly more durable than standard alternatives. This density matters when you are cooking high-heat foods or running long cycles, as it resists the deformation that plagues cheaper, thinner metal options.
The design focuses heavily on performance during the cooking process. The mesh-like structure allows hot air to circulate freely around your food, ensuring that chicken wings, turkey slices, or vegetables get that desirable crispy texture rather than steaming in their own juices. It handles temperatures up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit without melting or bending, making it safe for baking pizzas, cookies, and roasting meats. The edges are specially welded to be smooth, preventing any sharp points that could damage your hands or snag clothing while you load and unload the oven.
I recommend this specific model for anyone who treats their toaster oven as a primary cooking appliance rather than a secondary warming station. If you frequently make meals that benefit from an air fryer's convection capabilities, this basket provides the necessary airflow and structural integrity to deliver consistent results. Its robust build means it will likely outlast multiple sets of lower-quality replacements over time.
The main trade-off here is that it is a single-purpose part. You cannot use this basket with other brands of ovens; it is strictly for the PowerXL ecosystem. Furthermore, while it is dishwasher safe, the deep, open design can sometimes trap stubborn bits of debris in the mesh if you do not soak it beforehand. However, for those seeking a direct upgrade to their existing PowerXL setup, the durability and cooking performance outweigh the minor extra effort required for cleaning.

This item serves a different but equally critical function: it is a crumb and drip tray designed to sit at the bottom of Cuisinart digital air fryer toaster ovens. Specifically, it fits models including the TOA-65, CTOA-130PC1, CTOA-130PC2, and CTOA-130PC3. While the previous product was about cooking food, this one is about protecting the appliance itself. When you roast fatty meats or bake items that bubble over, grease and crumbs inevitably fall. Without a proper tray, they burn onto the oven floor, creating smoke and difficult-to-remove scorch marks.
Constructed from food-grade 304 stainless steel, this tray is built to withstand the same high temperatures as the rest of the oven. It does not rust easily and resists warping even after repeated exposure to intense heat. The surface is nonstick enough that food particles don't bond permanently, allowing for quick maintenance. Its dimensions of roughly 15.7 inches by 12 inches match the internal footprint of the compatible Cuisinart units perfectly, ensuring a snug fit that catches spills effectively without blocking airflow or interfering with the heating elements.
In daily use, this tray turns a messy cleanup into a quick task. Instead of scrubbing the bottom of your oven where heat is trapped and grime bakes on, you simply slide out the tray after cooking. Most debris falls right off or wipes away with a damp sponge. This makes it ideal for households that cook frequently and want to keep their appliances looking pristine without spending hours on deep cleaning sessions.
However, compatibility is strict. If you have a slightly different Cuisinart model, such as the TOA-60, this specific tray will not fit. It is also important to measure your existing space before ordering, as visual comparisons can be misleading. While it is a passive accessory, its absence leads to significant maintenance headaches, so it is an essential purchase for owners of these specific Cuisinart machines.
This third option is a close sibling to the previous entry but tailored for the Cuisinart TOA-60 and CTOA-122 convection ovens. Like its counterpart, it is a replacement crumb tray made from high-quality 304 stainless steel, offering the same benefits of rust resistance and high-temperature tolerance. The primary distinction lies entirely in the fitment; this tray is manufactured to align with the specific chassis of the TOA-60 series, ensuring it slides smoothly into place and performs its job without obstruction.
The design philosophy remains focused on hygiene and ease of care. By catching excess oil and crumbs, it prevents them from hitting the heating coils or burning onto the oven floor. This not only keeps the interior cleaner but also helps maintain the quality of your food by preventing old grease from smoking during subsequent uses. The stainless steel construction ensures that the tray itself remains sanitary and does not absorb odors or stains over time.
I suggest this product for users who own the older TOA-60 model and find that their original tray has warped, cracked, or become too stained to clean effectively. It restores the functionality of the oven's bottom compartment, extending the life of the appliance and simplifying your post-meal routine. The flat, shallow profile is easy to wipe down, making it a practical solution for busy kitchens.
The limitation here is the same as the other Cuisinart-specific tray: it will not work on newer models like the TOA-65 or any brand outside of Cuisinart. Additionally, while it is durable, it is still a thin sheet of metal that requires careful handling to avoid bending. Once installed, though, it acts as a reliable shield, absorbing the mess so you don't have to deal with the aftermath inside the oven cavity.

No, each product is designed for specific model numbers. You must verify your oven's exact model number against the compatibility list before purchasing.
Yes, the 304 stainless steel used in all three products is rated to withstand temperatures up to 400°F without warping or releasing harmful fumes.
They are dishwasher safe, but for best results, soaking them in hot water with dish soap and wiping with a soft sponge works well for removing stuck-on residue.
