Youth

Children and Young People

All Saints' is constantly developing its provision for children and young people. Some of our activities are detailed below:

Family Area

The church has an area for young children - with comfortable sofas, books and small toys - where young families can enjoy the service. Children and families are ALWAYS WELCOME.

Church for Kids

Our children’s group meets during the service with lots of fun games, activities, craft and music. We use Energize materials from Urban Saints and long to see children develop their own relationships with Jesus. During ‘lockdown’ we can be found on Facebook each Sunday from 9.30.

Praise and Play

Enjoy adult company and put a smile on your child's face. With lots of music, playing and fun craft, this wonderful time of fellowship and simple worship takes place every Monday morning from 9am until 10.30. During ‘lockdown’ we can also be found on Facebook live on Monday mornings at 10 am or can be watched later in the day.

Youth Group

Parents not allowed, except by special invitation! This is our group for those who are at secondary school. We meet on the 2nd and 4th Sundays at 4.45pm, in the Reading Room in Betley, for a great mixture of fun, discussion and activities. During lockdown, we are meeting on Zoom and finding even MORE ways of having fun together. If you'd like to join, please contact Curate John for details on johnbpallister@gmail.com or 07428342801.

Messy Church

These popular times of craft, food, music, puppet shows and story-telling usually happen during the Christmas and Easter school holidays. Messy Church is ... messy, noisy, great fun and open to all our local families. Look out for dates on Facebook where you can also find our ‘lockdown’ Easter 2020 session.

Puppets

Our puppet ministry provides an outlet for those who would like to present the Christian message in a creative and engaging way. The puppeteers can be contacted at the 10.45 services on Sunday.

Faith and Family

Recognising that children spend far more time with their families than in church, this group for parents and carers meets monthly with a focus on nurturing faith in our homes and supporting each other through the ups and downs of parenting. During ‘lockdown’ we continue to meet monthly on Zoom. Please contact Curate John for details on johnbpallister@gmail.com or 07428342801 if you are interested in joining us.
