Please Read These Terms Carefully before using the All PDF Reader App. Your Acceptance Constitutes The Execution Of A Legally Binding Agreement Between You And Us Regarding Your Access To And Use Of The App (“Agreement”).
Using our Services
You must follow any policies made available to you within the Services.
You acknowledge that you have only a non-exclusive and limited right to use the object code version of the Products on non-commercial purposes within the validity period of the agreement. You may make a single copy of the Products in object code form for archival or backup purposes. You must include all Notices on all copies of the Products. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Products or attempt to gain access to the source code for the Products, except and only to the extent that it is expressly permitted by applicable law, and, to the extent applicable law permits contractual waiver of such right, you hereby waive your rights to do so. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
User Entitlements and Commitments
You have the privilege to utilize our software at your discretion while acknowledging the potential risks associated with its use.
You must comply with all applicable national laws and regulations, social norms, and ethics when using our software. Using our software for illegal activities or acts that jeopardize our company or other users' legitimate interests and rights is prohibited. Failure to adhere to these commitments may result in prohibition of access to our software and services. We retain the right to terminate this agreement and pursue legal action if deemed necessary.
At our company, we take user accountability seriously and anticipate that all users will comply with these obligations.
Copyright, Trademarks and Other rights
All copyrights, trademarks and other rights, title and interest in and on the App are and shall remain the property of us. Nothing in the Terms gives you a right to use any of the trademarks, logos, domain names or other distinctive brand features of us. Any feedback, comments or suggestions you may provide to us are provided on an entirely voluntary basis, and we shall be free to use such feedback, comments or suggestions as we see fit and without any obligation to you.
Usage of App, Term of Agreement
You agree not to exploit the App in any unauthorised way, including, but not limited to, by trespass, burdening network or server capacity or using the App for purposes other than those authorized. Use of the App to violate, tamper with or circumvent the security of any computer network, software, passwords, encryption codes or technological protection measures, or to otherwise engage in any kind of illegal activity, or to enable others to do so, is expressly prohibited.
The Agreement is effective for the duration of your access to and use of the App. You may terminate it at any time by stopping your access to and use of the App. We also may terminate or suspend the Agreement, at any time, without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the App, if in our sole discretion you fail to comply with any of these Terms, or your continued access and use is harmful to the interests of any third party or is in violation of any applicable law.
General Provisions
1. In the event of any discrepancies between the translated versions of this Agreement and the original English version, the English version will take precedence.
2. Should any portion of this Agreement be deemed invalid or unenforceable, it will be stricken, but the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
3. Our response to a breach of this Agreement, whether by you or others, does not waive our ability to take action for future violations.
4. You cannot transfer or assign this Agreement or your rights without our written consent, which we may withhold. However, we reserve the right to transfer, subcontract or sublicense our obligations or rights under this Agreement without your consent.
5. This Agreement supersedes any previous agreements and represents the entire understanding between you and us with regard to the Services.
6. Any necessary notices should be submitted via the in-app feedback tool and will be considered received upon receipt.
