File Processing:
In order to provide a better user experience, when it's failed to read files, we may upload your file to our cloud server to locate and fix the issue. We will never share your information with any third parties without your consent. The file content is processed solely for the purpose of providing the PDF reading and editing functionality you request, and files are not retained on our servers after the issue is resolved.
