School/Director Application
Application Process
Students complete Student portion (page 2) of paper application.
Students provide signed Student portion of paper application to their director.
*OPTIONAL* Directors complete the Director portion (page 1) of paper application (this is optional but some directors find it useful in obtaining checks from their boosters or school).
Directors complete School/Director Online Application form. This will include uploading the signed and scanned Student Paper forms.
Directors submit payment (via PayPal or by mailing a check)
Students (some Directors prefer to do this for their students) complete the Student Online Application. This form is the official audition and will include uploading audition recordings.
AUDITION UPLOAD AND POSTMARK DEADLINE IS DECEMBER 1, 2023

NCBA DIRECTOR/ EDUCATOR MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
Band Directors submitting students to the All Northern Honor Band must be a current member of NCBA. Each school submitting auditions must pay a school fee to support the expense of the honor band. Recorded Auditions MUST be uploaded to the Google Form. Directors may choose which format to submit their student/school applications and fees (online or mailed in). Audition upload and postmark deadline is December 1st, 2023. No exceptions.
NEW FOR 2024 California All State Auditions deadline is November 1st, 2023,
All Northern deadline will stay December 1st for this school year.
