Communication + Attendance = Success
When an employee knows what is expected of them and they are shown ways to achieve the goals created by the organization, both parties' benefit. The communication between levels of employees is essential when creating positive productivity. This type of productivity can be communicated by monthly performance reviews and showing employees exactly what is expected of them. Performance reviews can be done by tracking the attendance of each employee, tracking the flow of clients/patients each month, and reflecting back to past months. Goals put into place by the organization as well as the employee will help production and satisfaction rates for everyone. Incentives can be agreed upon within each department as to what they would like to see. Incentives can include gift cards, luncheons, causal wear days, or potentially time off.
All organizations have budgets in place, but it is up to the supervisors to implement a plan on keeping within a budget
Within Vale-Based Reimbursement Management, the budgeting includes trainings for employees, salaries for employees, benefits, and contracts with other organizations.
