• Responsible for the creation of Contact Sheets, Production Calendars, Character/Page Breakdowns, Props Lists, and the collection of cast & creative team scheduling information

• Assist directors in forming and onboarding their design teams as needed, occasionally including training in their roles

• Track script changes 

• Take blocking notes, track props

• Work closely with festival committee to solve problems and requests on a case-by-case basis for each show

• Facilitate rehearsals

• Create rehearsal & performance reports 

• Coordinate meetings between myself, directors, designers, music directors, and cast members

• Call the shows with cues finalized on show day

• 1 Week turnaround from First Rehearsal to Performance

• Variety of Experience among Cast & Design Teams

• Sound & LX cues received 1 day prior to tech/show
