• Assist in leading all rehearsals, technical rehearsals, understudy rehearsals, and performances

• Responsible for the setup and tear down of the rehearsal room

• Assist in the tracking of all props and set pieces, as well as cast entrances & exits

• Use creative problem solving as needed to solve problems during the show

• Ensure the safety of all cast and crew members backstage

• Work with music director & live band throughout tech & show

• Train run crew members on each of their tracks for the show

• Responsible for the upload of documents to production website

• Work with Costume Shop Manager to schedule fittings with cast members
