DRAWING SETS & FORMS

You will always need:

• Floor Plans
• Elevations
• Sections
• Wall sections
• Window/ door schedule
• Contractor Disclosure Form
• Financial Responsibility Form
• Heat Sizing Equipment Form

You will sometimes need:

• Drainage and wastewater control plan: If site has more than 750 SF of new or replaced hard surface or land disturbing activity or if in an ECA
• Construction storm water control and soil amendment plan: if 750 SF or more of land disturbing activity. Licensed civil engineer is needed if over 5,000 SF.
• Salvage assessment form: if area of work is greater than 750 SF or $75,000

INTAKE

Permits (excluding STFI's) are submitted with a permit intake date, which is a specific time you schedule with the city for uploading your documents. Permit intake dates are usually for months in advance so we will often get all of our permit documents complete and then look for next day appointments that people have cancelled. This system usually works within a few days.

Intake appointments can be scheduled under the 'INSPECTIONS & APPOINTMENTS' tab in the project portal page.

CORRECTIONS

Permit corrections will be issued as they are completed, though we normally don't begin responding until we get ALL corrections letters because there could be larger issues that effect other corrections.

Review status can be checked under the 'STATUS' tab in the project portal while the actual letters are in the 'ATTACHMENTS' tab.

Allied8 has a standard response letter format that are used for correction letters. Found at Admin-Forms and Templates>A8_Correction Letter
