Permits (excluding STFI's) are submitted with a permit intake date, which is a specific time you schedule with the city for uploading your documents. Permit intake dates are usually for months in advance so we will often get all of our permit documents complete and then look for next day appointments that people have cancelled. This system usually works within a few days.
Intake appointments can be scheduled under the 'INSPECTIONS & APPOINTMENTS' tab in the project portal page.
Permit corrections will be issued as they are completed, though we normally don't begin responding until we get ALL corrections letters because there could be larger issues that effect other corrections.
Review status can be checked under the 'STATUS' tab in the project portal while the actual letters are in the 'ATTACHMENTS' tab.
