The following scenarios will trigger a Preliminary Assessment Report:

• New construction
• Master Use Permit
• Any project located in an ECA zone
• Ground disturbance greater than 750 square feet or 3 cubic yards

NOTE: ADU's or DADU's are considered an "alteration/ add-on" which does not trigger a PAR.
