UPDATES/ IMPORTANT NOTES TO PORTAL:
Clients do NOT need to log in in order to pay fees!
1) Direct them to the Seattle Services Portal
https://cosaccela.seattle.gov/portal/welcome.aspx
2) Under the "search all records" enter the record number
3) Click on Fees
4) Click on Pay Fees
5) Click on Checkout
6) Enter payment information
7) Remind client to keep copy of receipt!
